Hot ginger teas are one way to enjoy the benefits of ginger and possibly relieve cold symptoms. Ginger tea is very simple to make. Boil a few strips or slices of fresh ginger for a few minutes and then take it as a tea. Sweeten with honey or drink it straight.

No matter how efficient medical technology is, and no matter how competent the doctor is today, how to keep people remain healthy is still not an easy task.

Lifestyle diseases are a result of an inappropriate relationship of people with their environment. They take years to develop, and once an illness occurs, it is not easy to cure. The best way to deal with illness is to prevent it from happening in the first place. They can be lowered with changes in diet, lifestyle, and environment. To live longer you need to eat properly, exercise regularly and reduce stress to the extent possible!

内关穴

内关穴是多功能、高效用、适应范围广的重要穴位。按摩内关穴据说可以治疗心脑血管的疾病,对高血压病及高血脂病人都有一定的效果。

也对心动过速,心动过缓及心律不整有良效。

内关穴是心脏的保健要穴,能够宁心安神,理气止痛,属手厥阴心包经。如果平时感到心脏不舒服,可以试着按按内关穴。
