中医里面的心包位于心脏外面，形象的比喻为心的围墙。当有外界邪气侵犯心脏时，心包能替心受邪。心包經的病候與心血功能的不平衡有關，症狀包括心前區疼痛、胸滿悶感、心悸(心跳)等。尤其老年人是心血管病的高发人群，经常按一按内关穴能起到很好的保健作用。

内关穴的位置很好找：手和手腕之间有一个界限，叫做腕横纹。手掌朝上，当握拳或手掌上抬时就能看到手掌中间有两条筋，内关穴就在这两条筋中间，将右手三个手指头并拢，把三个手指头中的无名指，放在左手腕横纹上，这时右手食指和左手手腕交叉点的中点（大约腕横纹上两寸）。就是内关穴。

<li>Wash the jars, knife, chopping board and air dry it.</li>
<li>Make sure that everything are clean and dry without water, to prevent contamination, growing mold or bad bacteria.</li>
<li>Peeling the fruits and cut them into pieces.</li>

<li>Lay one layer of fruit slice in the jar, one layer of lemon slices, one layer of sugar.</li>
<li>Repeat the process until the jar is full. Remember to cover the last layer with sugar.</li>
<li>Close the jar tightly and leave it at a corner without direct sunlight. Do not put in on the floor.</li>
<li>From time to time, about every 2 days, shake the jar lightly to ensure that the fruits and top part of the bottle are immersed in liquid to prevent mold growth and let the bubbles out.</li>
<li>Let the fermentation goes on for another 2 - 3 weeks.</li>
<li>Separate the fruit from liquid and transfer the enzyme into new clean glass bottle.</li>

<p>During my recent trip back to my hometown in Malaysia, I was introduced to the benefit of drinking fruit enzyme. Basically enzyme improve our immune system. It help us to digest food we eat. You may purchase fruit enzyme from organic shop but preparing it by yourself is not something difficult.<br />

Anyway, it take at least two weeks to have it ready for drinking. Majority of the fruits available are suitable for preparing fruit enzyme. Fruits like dragon fruit, papaya, apple, lemon are commonly use.</p>

Ergonomically designed chairs are built with the needs of our body in mind.
