多食寒凉之物易伤脾胃
从中医角度来说,食物有寒,凉,温,热等不同的性质。寒凉性食物属于阴性,有清热,泻火,凉血,解毒等功效,但是寒凉性食物,特别是寒性食物,并不是适合每个人。多食生冷寒凉之物,尤其是喜欢一面吃热腾腾,辛辣的食物,一面喝冷饮,冷热食物一起吃,易伤脾胃。

内关穴
