No matter how efficient medical technology is, and no matter how competent the doctor is today, how to keep people remain healthy is still not an easy task.

Numerous studies suggests that our health condition depends on four main factors: Genetic 15%, social and environment 17%, medicine 8% and lifestyle 60%. This shows that human health depends much on their lifestyle factor.

Lifestyle diseases are a result of an inappropriate relationship of people with their environment. They take years to develop, and once an illness occurs, it is not easy to cure. The best way to deal with illness is to prevent it from happening in the first place. They can be lowered with changes in diet, lifestyle, and environment. To live longer you need to eat properly, exercise regularly and reduce stress to the extent possible!

  • Any fruits - apple, papaya, pineapples etc
  • lemons
  • some organic sugar or slice of brown candy.

The quantity for lemons, fruits and sugar are almost the same.

Take less after lunch


Research shows that the less you eat, the better your health will be. Digestion takes many hours and your system may not be able to digest properly when you are sleeping.

So it is good practice to take less after your lunch - better if you can skip your dinner - your digestion will be done during the middle of the day while you are moving around.

The other way is to take an earlier light dinner - this may help.
